DIM is used to reduce excessive estrogen levels and promote a healthy balance of estrogen metabolites. More information on DIM is available here. DIM possesses poor oral absorption so our laboratory has developed a liposomal DIM cream to overcome this problem. It contains 50mg of DIM for every 1ml of cream applied.

DOSE: The usual dose is 1ml to 2ml applied daily. It can be applied to the inner arm, upper chest and neck areas. Anywhere which is thin skinned and not alot of subcutaneous fat underneath.

Warning: DIM is orange in colour so it is important once you apply it you wait 5 minutes or so for it to fully absorb before putting on any clothing as it can stain. The rapid disappearence of the orange/red colour shows how well it is actually absorbed!
