My family (and my puppy and kitten) have been on the glyconutrients for a couple of months now. Huge differences in health; it attacked my joints and they are now much more free in movement; my eye sight has improved to the extent I can now read small print without reading glasses and the list goes on.The one suggestion I have is that people start off on small amounts than recommended. A quarter of a teaspoon twice a day for the first week for instance, leading up to half a teaspoon twice a day for the second week and so on. The healing crisis can be savage if too much is taken initially.
