Saturated Solution of Potassium Iodide (SSKI) drops are taken in a glass of water daily for two to three months which promotes the metabolism of estrone and estradiol into estriol thus improving your estrogen balance. SSKI may also be used as a iodine supplement or to purify water before drinking. More information on SSKI is available here. Each 1ml contains 1g potassium iodide (760mg iodide) in purified water.

DOSES

Loading Dose - 6 to 8 drops in a glass of water daily for 3 months.

Water purification Dose - 6 to 8 drops in a glass of water

Maintenence Dose - 1 drop daily

Each drop (0.04ml) contains 30mg of iodine as iodide.

NB: Doses of 5 drops (250mg iodine) three times a day will suppress thyroid function so doses should never come close to this.
