Magnesium citrate is one of the most highly absorbable forms of magnesium available providing optimal oral absorption. Each capsule contains 1g of magnesium citrate providing 160mg of elemental magnesium. There are no excipients in this capsule. They are gluten, dairy and yeast free.

DOSE: One to three capsules a day.
