This powder contains one month supply of all the nutrients required for mitochondrial support.Each daily dose contains: L-carnitine 250mg, lipoic acid 200mg, malic acid 1.2g, selenium 300mcg (as selenomethionine), magnesium 200mg (as citrate), 1g citrate (as magnesium), alpha keto glucarate 500mg, n-acetyl-cysteine 250mg, manganese 10mg (as gluconate), iron 10mg (as fumerate), fumerate 20mg, 50mg each of Vit B1, B2, B3,B5 and B6.

DOSE: The usual dose is 2g twice a day.  This provides a substantial saving if compared to buying each ingredient seperately each month.
