These capsules contain 100mg lipoic acid and 400mg of pure bovine hydrolysed collagen as an excipient. When taken orally they may help fight against the signs of aging skin. They are usually used in combination with our rejuvenating face cream so your skin is treated both internally and externally.

DOSE: The dose is two capsules taken at night before bed on an empty stomach.
