Our Vitamin D capsules are oiled filled to maximise absorption as it can be poor with powder filled capsules. These capsules are the highest dose available without a doctors prescription. Higher doses are available with a prescription but levels should be monitored by blood tests to ensure levels do not get too high which can cause side effects.

DOSE: One capsule taken daily.
