Vitamin D3 drops is an easy and cheap way to administer Vitamin D3.It is dissolved in extra virgin olive oil to maximise absorption as vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin.

DOSE: The usual dose is three drops (0.1ml) daily (1000iu Vit D3) which can placed directly into the mouth and swollowed or alternatively placed into a glass of water, milk or juice and drank.

A 15ml bottle should last about 4.5 months if used at the recommended dose.
