Vitamin D3 drops is an easy and cheap way to administer Vitamin D3. The usual dose is three drops (1000iu) daily which can placed directly into the mouth and swollowed or alternatively placed into a glass of water, milk or juice and drank. A 15ml bottle should last about 4.5 months if used at the recommended dose.
