Complementary Compounding Services will exchange any product we supply free of charge if it is found to be faulty, does not stand up to our quality guarentee, or for any other mistake made by any of our staff members. We must be notified within 7 days of receiving any faulty goods for this guarentee to be valid.

We will not however be held responsible if any product that is ordered in error by you or your doctor, if you change your mind, or for any other mistake you may make when ordering, such as forgetting to inform us of any ingredients such as lactose that you may be allergic to. We will do our best to cancel any mistaken or unwanted orders before it is made up, however if you are too late notifying us and it has been prepared then you will be charged for it  as it has been especially made for you and will not be suitable for resale to other patients.

In addition, if  you turn out to be allergic or intollerant to any product we supply we cannot be held responsible as this type of reaction is not due to any fault of our products but rather you bodies response to it. We do our best to avoid ingredients that may cause any reactions and tailor make preparations free of any known allergens on request however rarely some sensitive patients will react to some products.

Complementary Compounding Services will not be held responsible for loss or damage of goods in transit as we have no control over these service providers. We pack and wrap all orders appropriately for transit and use tracable delivery systems such as Australia Post express post and TNT couriers where each package is identified with a consignment number for tracking. We have never lost a package yet. If however you are still concerned we recommend you take out insurance to protect your order.
